Summer Sewing Plans 2015

Every year I make a plan and I end up straying from the plan.  It is very easy for me to get distracted and I tend to sew spur of the moment with patterns.  Nonetheless, here is what I’d like to sew this summer. (With a few carry overs from last year)

Tops:
New Look 6470 – Brazil ITY Print
Let’s do this finally.  I’ve had the fabric since May 2014 and finally worked out the pattern.

  1. Looks like a geat plan! I need to do this so I stay on target. I have a few of these patterns too! I have been wanting to make McCall's 6559 for a long time now. The only thing I haven't made for myself are pjs yet. That pattern looks really nice. Is it on the website as a download, or do you have to have the magazine? I just got my Ottobre magazine in the mail earlier this week! There are so many things I want to make for the kids in this one.

    1. Thanks Shirley, I made Ottobre Pjs for myself once. And a pair of failed boxers, lol. The burda pattern is from the magazine - I have a bad habit of collecting Burdas lol. I need to force myself to sew from them more often though. I stopped my Ottobre subscription in January :( I was using them tons but the kids don't really want me sewing for them as much and I have a ton of back issues. Now you have me wanting this issue!! :D
