Well, i have just started sewing....(to be precise, since last month:p) so really, not many projects yet. But I am proud of my last one because i embroidered some of the squares (another first) before making a patchwork out of it (again, another first!). It was quite exciting:)

I participated in a sew along last summer for a dress. It was fun and challenging and I finished the dress. It was the first dress I made and it turned out really cute.

Fabric Friday Winner!!

Thanks to all of you who participated in this week's Fabric Friday Giveaway!  It was unanimous that cotton is the favorite type of fabric to sew.  I must say that I agree completely!!  Plus cotton has so many wonderful forms too!  I love sewing with cotton, especially flannel because it is soooo soft and fuzzy!

I'm a GFC follower & also received your posts by email. I enjoy sewing for myself the most - by that I mean I enjoy the process of choosing a pattern, selecting fabric & then sewing everything together. What I make is usually given to family members, friends or charity donations. Thanks for the giveaway.
